1. What is the maximum guest capacity?

Our studio can host up to 90 seated guests comfortably.

2. What types of events can I host at Pearl Haven?

We welcome both:

Private events, such as birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, graduations, and many other celebrations
Corporate events, such as meetings, workshops, celebrations, and holiday parties

3. Is catering allowed?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring in your own caterer. We don’t prepare or sell food on site. No cooking on site is allowed

4. Can I serve alcohol at my event?

Yes, alcohol is permitted with a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) obtained before the event.

5. Is parking available?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking right out front!

6. How do I check availability or book the studio?

You can contact us directly through our website or reach out via email/phone to inquire about availability and secure your booking.

7. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially for weekends and peak seasons. However, you can still contact us to see if it's available, even if your date is approaching soon!

- House Rules -

Capacity Limit: Maximum of 90 guests at any event.
Fire and Safety: There are 3 fire extinguishers and one First Aid kit in case of emergency.
Food & Catering: Outside catering is welcome, but no food may be prepared or cooked on site.
Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted only with a valid Special Occasion Permit (SOP).
No Drinking and Driving! Please keep our roads safe.
Decorations: You can do your own decor, however, no nails, pins, screws, or adhesives that may damage tables, walls, floors, or ceilings.
No confetti, silly string, or face paint.
Candles & Open Flames: Open flames are not permitted; LED candles are encouraged.
No Smoking/Vaping indoors.
Parking: Plenty of free parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
Clean Up: A cleaning fee is included in your rental, but please ensure garbage is placed in bins and personal items are removed at the end of your event.
Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Respect: Please be respectful of the studio space and neighbouring units at all times.
Liability: The renter is responsible for the conduct of guests and any damages to the property during the event.
